Sunnyside Manor, a 10-story building which was constructed in 1974, is a subsidized residential building owned and operated by BC Housing serving older residents. We will be providing BC Housing Power Smart upgrades to this project located in West Vancouver, BC.

Project scope consists of a complete building envelope replacement, seismic upgrades, fire alarm system upgrades, lighting replacement, new power distribution, replacement and upgrade to the emergency power generator, new access control system, heating plant terminal replacement, and HVAC improvements.
