The Ministry requires the development of the Penticton Fire Zone site on air side with the construction of a new warehouse building located at Lot 52, 3560 Airport Road.

The building shall consist of a prefabricated, engineered steel structure construction for use as a commercial space, with a 2-bay vehicle garage, storage facilities, office space, break room area. The site is situated near the air side of the airport runway. Therefore, the project will have to abide by the airport standard practices for construction on air side.

The existing site has been geo-technically assessed requiring excavation and removal of native material.
